International Conference "MINT@EUROPE"
"STEM competences in digital changes. Concepts and strategies for skilled employees of tomorrow."
2016 September 16th | 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. | Messe Stuttgart
The world of new work is not just really stable one - and that is the change itself in the age of communication and digitization and shifting from employers to employees market face in retaining and recruiting skilled workers especially with STEM qualifications increasingly new challenges. Especially reasons in the light of the current European labor market.
And these challenges require new approaches and - not least - also visions. What should also be developed in HR and personnel management in the next years in order to deal successfully with the new challenges in the German, European and global STEM context? What conditions must be created at the political and social level in order to overcome cultural differences and generations and the desire for more diversity, teamwork and heterogeneity in the company to meet?
The European MINT Convention provides with this conference, the presentations of the international community and a MINT as well as a recruiting exhibition the ideal platform for the international exchange of experience and network maintenance around MINT subjects, projects and activities.
